UJI EFEKTIVITAS HERBISIDA BUATAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMATIAN GULMA RUMPUT BELULANG (Eleusine indica)

چکیده

Herbisida buatan merupakan pemberian nama dari suatu campuran lima bahan, yaitu air kelapa, ragi, deterjen, garam, dan urea. Berdasarkan hasil uji awal yang dilakukan, herbisida ini memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai alternatif. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kematian keracunan gulma rumput belulang (Eleusine indica) diberi buatan. dilakukan di areal perkebunan kelapa sawit kampus Institut Teknologi Sawit Indonesia. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2021. menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial, terdiri 4 perlakuan ulangan sebanyak 6 kali. Pengujian parameter disusun daftar sidik ragam lanjut DMRT 5%. semua telah diuji, konsentrasi 11% mampu menekan pertumbuhan dilihat sebesar 30,33%. Konsentrasi tersebut cukup efektif diaplikasikan mengendalikan belulang, karena sangat berbeda nyata lain lebih rendah, 8% 6%. merusak jaringan daun diawali perubahan warna hijau menjadi kuning kecokelatan selanjutnya mengering mengalami kematian.
